Built for military training. Now open to everyone who trains, plays or swims.

We take a balanced approach to everything we do, and welcome those seeking fitness, the thrill of competition or pure enjoyment, from fitness professionals to families out for the day. Our 3,500 sqm gym is dedicated to both mixed and ladies-only fitness, with TechnoGym equipment and training and group class studios.
